Welcome to Project ECHO L.A.™

April 16, 2012

Project ECHO L.A.™ (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes in Los Angeles) brings specialists and primary care providers together for the purpose of improving care for chronic, common and complex illness for patients in underserved communities.

Project ECHO L.A.™ is based on the acclaimed Project ECHO™ begun by Dr. Sanjeev Arora at the University of New Mexico that is now being replicated in numerous locations across the U.S. as well as around the globe.

Using video conferencing and case-based learning, Project ECHO L.A.™ Knowledge Networks provide you (the primary care provider) with the opportunity to interact in real-time with specialists during weekly to bi-weekly web-based video conferences where you can present patient cases for discussion, have your care management questions answered, and learn from cases being presented by other local clinicians.

Participate by submitting your patient cases for review, learn how to incorporate recent advances in treatment and take action to optimize outcomes of your patients!

Are you part of the ECHO?
